We are a family-owned company and wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI. Our business is very fast-paced and ever-changing, which makes for a great challenge!

The Beer Brand Administrative Assistant provides admin support to our VP and Brand Managers and assists the team with product forecasts, inventory management, and account communication. They need to be organized, excellent at multi-tasking and not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring creative ideas to the team. They help monitor and update inventory schedules, run sales and inventory reports, and manage product set-up. Key duties include:

  • Facilitate planning meetings
  • Keep up-to-date documentation of new items, pricing, sell sheets, and monthly priorities
  • Utilize various software and communication platforms, such as Office 365, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint, Margin Minder, Karma, iDig and VIP
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on inventory, incentive tracking, supplier billing, verifications, payouts, etc.
  • Create brand plans for the emerging brands

Strong Candidates:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, and/or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with a Consumer Products company, customer service, and/or admin support role preferred
  • Experience using syndicated sales data and reports to monitor performance, understand, and articulate sales data and insights in order to make informed business decisions

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License, driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
  • Regularly lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds

Hours of this position: Full-Time

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
  • Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry
