Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 6 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:  

• $29- $32/HR
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

 Qualifications:  

• 4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing 
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes
• Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures
• Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience 
• Painting and drywall patching experience
• Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi)
• Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting with 300+ units
• Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks
• Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Cert Required)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage

 

  A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
