This role encompasses maintaining inventory systems, driving social media engagement, and supporting entry-level event planning. Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory systems to ensure accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels for a seamless bar operation.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engage our diverse community, and attract patrons.
  • Create compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and promotions, aligned with our inclusive values.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage online feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute entry-level events, fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.
  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of gay Pride events, working closely with community organizations and stakeholders to ensure meaningful participation and celebration.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a bar or hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory tracking software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative flair and familiarity with social media marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Basic understanding of event planning logistics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
