Overview:

As a Barista at Milk & Honey Cafe, you will be the friendly face behind our coffee and beverage offerings. Your role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while crafting exceptional coffee, teas, and other beverages. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining high-quality standards in taste and presentation.
  • Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
  • Take customer orders with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, as well as the overall cafe area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and answer any questions about our menu offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Barista or customer service experience preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for coffee and beverage preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
