Production Manager Benefits:

Production Manager Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and able to handle vendor, customer and internal relations well
• Be a liaison between Production and sales in the ever-changing Beer market.
• Create and implement new SOP's in the Brewing facility.
• Be Tech savvy and able to track data and implement changes
• Ensure brand compliance in all distribution territories throughout the US.
• Manages contracts for raw materials
• Maintains relationships with vendors, suppliers and employees.
• Provides Direct floor supervision for production employees.
• Must be organized and professional. Previous brewing experience is a plus, but all production managers are encouraged to apply.
