What You'll Do:

Review claims information and automated clinical opportunities to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Guide members in downloading and using our app to enhance their healthcare experience.
Engage with members digitally to provide clinical support and advice.
Refer members to relevant employer-sponsored programs when appropriate.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to make therapy recommendations.
Work alongside our team on various projects to enhance our services and products.
Help develop internal clinical tools and member-facing products.
Participate in client and prospect calls as needed.
Provide clinical coverage outside regular hours if required.
What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

PharmD or an equivalent advanced degree and a licensed and registered pharmacist in good standing within a US state.
Residency trained (PGY-1 or PGY-2).
At least 2 years of experience interacting with patients and clinicians.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in database and reporting tools.
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical therapy, drug administration, and disease state management.
This is a remote position, but willingness to travel as needed is required.
Understanding of how ongoing digital engagement can enhance drug therapy outcomes.
Preferred:

Multi-state licensure.
Experience in digital health.
Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCACP).
