Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and skilled in data entry? Join our remote team as a Data Entry Clerk and play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work from home while making a significant impact on our commissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
Conduct thorough research related to customer accounts and commissions.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, for various tasks such as record keeping and communication.
Maintain and update customer records with precision.
Address and resolve customer inquiries concerning their accounts and commissions.
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
Use your computer skills to navigate systems and manage customer data.
Process and interpret financial notes to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the team to improve the efficiency of the commissions process.
Utilize Network Information System (NIS) for data management and reporting.
Qualifications:

High proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
Excellent research skills to resolve commission-related discrepancies.
Ability to interpret and apply financial notes in relevant scenarios.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong computer skills for managing databases and processing information.
Previous experience in a role involving commissions is a plus.
Familiarity with Network Information System (NIS) is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
