Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain contact lists and manage calendars.
• Assist with recruitment and calling candidates for interviews.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Assist with the CEO’s day to day needs and meetings
• Maintain office policies and procedures.
• Book travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries.
• Provide general support to new hires.
• Liaise with operations head to handle requests and queries from clients and CEO.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
