Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone guidance to clients on their retirement accounts, including starting or ending employment and managing employer-sponsored retirement plans.
Discuss various account options, such as 401(k) and IRAs, to help clients align their choices with their retirement savings goals.
Educate clients about their retirement plans, compare different options, and offer tailored advice to support their financial objectives.
Build and deepen client relationships to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales environment.
Current FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations and complete fingerprinting upon hire.
A motivated self-starter who learns quickly and independently.
Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to engaging with clients.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience with inbound and/or phone-based sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to quickly learn new systems, with prior experience in Salesforce a plus.
A solid understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services, and the retirement plan environment.
A growth mindset with a focus on achieving team and company sales goals.
