Are you passionate about helping people achieve their long-term financial goals? As a Financial Consultant, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, supporting customers at key life moments and assisting them with their retirement savings plans, including 401(k) and IRA options.

What You'll Do:

Provide phone-based assistance to customers navigating their retirement accounts during important life transitions.
Offer guidance on account options to help customers meet their retirement savings goals.
Educate customers about their retirement plans and available choices to align with their financial objectives.
Build and enhance relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience with our services.
What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
Ability to obtain necessary FINRA licenses (7 & 63) within company timelines.
Self-motivation and a quick learning ability.
Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
What Will Set You Apart:

Experience with phone-based sales or inbound sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.
Knowledge of IRAs, retirement investment products, and the retirement plan environment.
A growth mindset and eagerness to achieve team and individual sales goals.

Competitive base salary ranging from $52,000 to $64,000, with additional incentive compensation.
