Global Supply Chain Planning Coordinator Location Redmond, WA (Overlake area) :

As a Global Supply Chain Planning Coordinator , you will be working with project teams to understand project requirements and schedules and coordinating among suppliers to ensure capacity is reserved for projects in the future. You will maintain information which is published to other stakeholders that is used to make project decisions. You will also identify, communicate, and resolve risk as it occurs across a global portfolio. This opportunity will allow you to connect with top-tier global suppliers, work closely and network with a broad range of professions such as project managers, engineers, schedulers, contract specialists, etc. This role is highly visible and will allow for flexibility in both schedule and location, including the ability to work from home and occasional travel as needed. Position requires a results-driven and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a crucial member of our organization, you will lead efforts to ensure accurate information updates for Power Business Intelligence (PBI) and Powerapp across various Datacenter Integration (DCI) categories. This role needs you to identify margin-increasing opportunities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, collaborate with stakeholders, and spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • To create alignment in the overall Stage gate 3 / DCI installation schedule. You'll coordinate with stakeholders related to the multiple DCI categories and or service. You'll also coordinate with each group to drive action efforts, ensuring a clear link between a business's strategic objectives and the operational plan of record.
  • You'll facilitate weekly rhythm of business meetings for one or more highly visible special projects. While doing so, you'll present relevant analyses, address any stakeholder requests or issues, and finalize IBP adjustments.
  • In collaboration with senior leadership, you'll contribute to Executive monthly rhythm of business meetings for leaders and representatives of related groups. You'll also prepare analyses and reports to be considered during planning alignment, and help carry out any follow-up actions.
  • Drawing on analyses, reports, and process knowledge, you'll create a synthesized set of plans related to operations, then share that information with relevant stakeholders. You'll also facilitate discussions around the phase in/phase out process of a product or service.
  • You'll identify margin-increasing to the IBP process, and advise senior leadership on how to implement them. You'll also seek to improve the efficiency of the IBP, and incorporate customer needs into operations plans.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field
    • OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Finance.
  • 4+ years experience in at least one of the following:
    • Construction Project Management
    • Supplier Management
    • SAP/IBP
    • Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.)
Integrated Business Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
