Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for food-and-beverage branding?

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer Freelancer to work closely with our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll craft eye-catching visual designs across three distinct brands—helping bring menus, packaging, digital campaigns, social content, and printed collateral to life. You’ll work collaboratively with marketing leadership to ensure every piece is on-brand, on-trend, and compelling to our guests.

With your strong visual communication skills and laser focus on detail, you’ll translate ideas from concept to final production using Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll help ensure consistency in brand identity across web, print, social, and POS materials—elevating our messaging and enhancing guest engagement.

 

Position Location: Woburn Support Center

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – Including, but not limited to:

· Create visually appealing content and graphics from concept to completion for menus, promotional materials, and print collateral, plus a variety of email, social, and website platforms

· Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs. 

· Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.

SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS

Experience/Training:

· 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

· Agency experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), word, and excel.

Required : 

· Strong Visual Communication:  Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts. 

· Proficiency in Design Software:  Mastery of industry-standard design tools. 

· Creative Problem-Solving:  Ability to develop innovative solutions to design challenges. 

· Time Management:  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

· Attention to Detail:  Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work. 

· Excellent Communication Skills:  Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and feedback. 

· Adaptability and Flexibility:  Ability to adjust to different design styles and client preferences. 

  • Strong understanding of design principles, graphic design, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Think strategically and creatively, and work collaboratively with cross brand leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently and effectively, and be accountable to timelines.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
