Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in removal defense proceedings
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Prepare legal documents and pleadings for court
* Advocate for clients in immigration court hearings
* Collaborate with team members on case strategies

Job Functions:

* 2-10 years of experience in removal defense litigation
* Must be bilingual - Spanish speaking
* 1 year of experience in removal defense court setting
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure

Skills:

* JD from an accredited law school
* Active bar license in the state of TX
* Strong understanding of immigration laws and proceedings
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
