We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help manage our office and technical resources. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and distributing equipment and supplies that support our teams, ensuring smooth daily operations across the company.
This position goes beyond simple record-keeping — it’s about helping our developers, engineers, and business teams stay fully equipped so they can focus on creating world-class AI solutions. No prior experience? That’s fine — we provide full training and the resources you need to succeed.
Receive and process incoming office and technical supplies.
Track equipment and materials in the inventory system.
Distribute laptops, headsets, and other hardware to employees as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with re-orders.
Support IT and operations with hardware requests and returns.
Assist with audits and routine inspections of assets.
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to work.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, inventory tracking software).
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Previous experience in inventory, office supply, or asset management is a plus.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
