Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our hedge fund analysis team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategy development within the hedge fund industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing hedge fund performance data, including returns, risk metrics, and portfolio allocations. Support senior analysts in evaluating investment strategies and performance.

• Data Management: Gather, organize, and maintain financial data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.

• Reporting: Prepare and generate reports on fund performance, market trends, and investment insights. Contribute to the creation of presentations and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

• Market Research: Conduct research on financial markets, economic indicators, and industry trends. Assist in developing market outlooks and investment recommendations.

• Support: Provide analytical support to senior analysts and portfolio managers. Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance records.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) are a plus.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or a related role. Internship experience in finance or hedge funds is advantageous.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with financial databases and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
