Job Summary

This full-time position is located out of Williamson County and will be working out of the General Session Court. MCHRA is a non-profit local government that offers great benefits, TCRS, and insurance packages. This Position involves the supervision and monitoring of misdemeanor probationers.

Salary Range ($35,000).

Job Responsibilities

Activities associated with this position include direct supervision through office visits and establishing needed supportive services, maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court, assisting with electronic monitoring, collecting fees, and maintaining a case management database. Job responsibilities require experience in case management, psychology background treatment services, law enforcement, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related work experience. Four-year degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social/Behavioral Sciences, management, or a closely related field. Four years of work experience will be considered if it is in a related field.
• Experience in criminal court proceedings and working with felony offenders; ability to follow program procedures and make appropriate decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain detailed and confidential information.
• Preference is given to residents of these counties.
