Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by helping clients secure the perfect mortgage. This remote/hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home or one of our offices, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients to understand their unique financial needs.
Loan Origination: Convert leads into loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Product Expertise: Recommend tailored mortgage solutions that align with clients' goals and budgets.
Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan processing guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA).
Strong understanding of the mortgage market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
California residency required.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission structure, offering the potential for substantial earnings.
