What you'll need:

Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage origination.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong Work Ethic: A self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of financial concepts and mortgage products.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin): Preferred but not required.
