Full-Time Nanny Position – Upper East Side, NYC

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
This role will go through November 2025
Compensation: $30 – $35/hour
Children: Two children (3 years old and 15 months old)

About the Role:
A warm and active family on the Upper East Side is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to join their household. This role requires a flexible and proactive caregiver who thrives in an on-the-go environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for two young children.
• Plan and engage the children in fun, developmentally appropriate activities, outside of the home at least 4 hours per day! (Play groups, activites, events)
• Support social development by facilitating outings such as dance, tumble, and park visits.
• Assist with the potential preschool drop-off and pick-up for their daughter, as well as in-home ABA therapy routines if needed.
• Collaborate with the parent when they wish to join outings or activities as a family.
• Prepare nutritious and kid-friendly meals.
• Manage children's laundry and assist with light housekeeping duties.

Ideal Candidate:

• Flexible yet structured, providing a balance of adventure and routine.
• Patient, kind, and comfortable enforcing clear boundaries.
• Open to potential travel to the UK to support the family as needed.
• Reliable, proactive, and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of childcare experience with references.
• Background check required upon contingent offer.
• Driver preferred but not required.

About the Family: This family is looking for a nanny who will engage with their active and curious children. They enjoy exploring the city and incorporating new experiences into their day-to-day life. Flexibility is key, as the schedule may vary between caring for one child, both children, or participating in family outings together.
