Responsibilities for this Office Support Specialist job include but not limited to the following:
· Enters and verifies alphanumeric and numeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database
· Support accounting department with data entry
· Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager
· May coordinate the workflow of others and run reports
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· At least 1 to 3 years of office experience
· Proficient in Microsoft programs- Word, Excel
· Proficient in Google programs
· Data Entry skills- 10 key a plus
· Able to learn quickly and pick up software programs
Pay for this position is $18.54/hr. This is a long-term job opportunity.
