Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our facility.

PAY: $16 per hour to start, $17 per hour after the first 120 days of training

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and provide new client quotes for services
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date calendar for our grooming services
• Handle client check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and managing appointment related paperwork
• Work independently to manage daily front desk operations, including opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all materials and information are readily available
• Provide general administrative support, including handling emails and processing credit card payments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year Appointment Setting Experience in any field
• 2 years customer service experience in any field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and mange time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and google docs
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Comfortable talking to clients, receiving inbound calls, and operating a computer scheduling system in an energetic, consistently busy salon lobby
• Ability to learn all of the major dog breeds
• Must be a people person and like working with others :)
