Job Description

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate  Physical Therapist (PT)to work in a great Outpatient Clinic  setting. This  full-time ,  permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply 
• Graduate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

• Screening patients
• Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s)
• Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services
• Conducting patient and family education
• Delivering quality physical therapy services
• Putting patient service first
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Non-corporate owned
• Patient care is 100% PT directed
• Evals 60+ min
• Treatments 30-60 minutes
• Relaxed setting
