Job Description
Min 4 Years Experience as Scrum master
Min. 3 years Experience as Project manager
Expertise in managing/working in Core Software/Product development type of projects
Scrum Master/Safe Agile certification. PMI PMP certification
Highly desirable- Domain experience in Healthcare, Medical.
10-16 years of overall experience in IT industry.
Minimum 3+ years in project manager role, Release and delivery responsibility.
Min. 5 years in Scrum Master Role.
Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate project status to senior management and customer.
Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
Understand technology , should help in identifying new technologies trends and help teams in adoption of the same
Ability to manage change, dependencies, Risks, Escalations and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact
Ability to work with teams spread across geographies to deliver projects
Experience to estimate efforts using multiple techniques
Mandatory Development and Technical management experience in one of the following three areas preferably in Healthcare/Medical/Digital and Cloud based project
