$20.00/Hourly

Please note that all employees will be required to complete a drug screening prior to employment.

Duties:

Fencing and Maintenance: help build, repair, and maintain fences, gates, and other structures on the property and ensure that the boundaries are secure.

Equipment Operation: operate and maintain various types of equipment and machinery used on the property, such as tractors, trucks, ATVs, and power tools. These tools are used for tasks like feeding animals, hauling supplies, or maintaining the property grounds.

Land and Vegetation Management: land management activities, including irrigation, planting, landscaping, and controlling weeds.

Perform general maintenance tasks around the property, such as repairing buildings, fences, or equipment.

Skills:

• Operate a zero turn mower
• Operate John Deere equipment
• Move and bale hay, as needed
• Perform minor repair work to both property and estate
• Including on property: repairing plastic water lines and fencing, etc.
• Including inside estate: hanging artwork, draperies, repairing sheet rock, painting, etc.
• Welding experience is a plus

Must be able to provide professional references
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have a Clear Background
Must have valid Driver's License
