iTrust Wellness is seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team! This role will oversee the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of patient and insurance collections, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Professional Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). 
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving revenue cycle issues, optimizing billing workflows, and reducing claim denials. 
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data to drive performance improvements. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state requirements, to maintain the integrity and security of patient information and financial practices. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, providers, and patients. 
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
Position Specifics:
  • Location: West Greenville Campus (125 Commons Way, Greenville, SC 29611) 
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM-4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30AM-12:00PM 
  • General responsibilities:
    • Oversee RCM Service:
      • Work with third-party revenue cycle service, DrChrono, to manage patient and insurance collections processes.
      • Prepare regular reports on revenue cycle performance. 
      • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
    • Customer Service:
      • Handle escalated patient inquiries regarding billing and payments to ensure high levels of customer service. 
      • Work with patients on payment plans and financial assistance programs.
      • Oversee the patient dismissal process related to billing, coordinating with Office Manager and clinical teams as appropriate. 
    • Provider Enrollment & Credentialing:​​​​​​​
      • Submit new applications to government and commercial payers for new providers joining the practice.  
      • Maintain provider CAQH profiles and directory listings information updating as necessary.
    • ​​​​​​​Staff Development & Quality Assurance: 
      • Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for revenue cycle team. 
      • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. 
      • Assist Clinical Director in periodic clinical documentation auditing.
Compensation Package:
  • Salary Range - $70,000-85,000/year (based on experience level)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 days (120 hours).
  • Paid Company Holidays – 5 days (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving) 
  • Paid End-of-Year Break (Dec. 24-Jan. 1) – office-wide closure for the holidays to rest and recuperate.
