Revenue Cycle Manager

A Revenue Cycle Manager is needed in Natchitoches, LA.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Natchitoches, well known for the filming of Steel Magnolias and also known as the “City of Lights.” The world-famous Natchitoches Christmas Festival is always held on the first Saturday in December. Events throughout the year fill out the festival calendar for a great time any time of year.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and making a difference in Natchitoches, Leesville, and Tallulah.

Total Compensation Package (Benefits, PTO, Advantages, etc.)

• The Yearly Salary for this Position is $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience at maximizing revenue and collections

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Under the direction and supervision of the CFO
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all billing and collections functions
• Acts as the billing liaison with outside billing agencies to insure that all charges are billed in a timely manner
• Responsible for payment processing, collections and accounts receivable management, denial management, reporting of results and analysis, training and development relative to revenue cycle, analytics, and all other revenue cycle management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance or Significant Revenue Cycle Experience
• 10 years of responsible experience in medical billing, coding, and collections preferred
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with provider insurance credentialing preferred
• Experience working in a non-profit and Healthcare
• Experience working in an FQHC desired
