About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders through virtual therapy sessions. Your expertise will help students reach their full potential and thrive in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
Deliver engaging and interactive therapy sessions via telepractice to support student progress.
Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to achieve the best outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student development and integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
Participate in IEP meetings to provide professional insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and teletherapy practices through ongoing professional development.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including IDEA and HIPAA, in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current Delaware state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting is preferred.
