Job Description:

• Create appropriate design artifacts to further project and team goals including but not limited to visual designs images illustrations responsive web layouts prototypes icons reports synthesis documents user journey maps user interface flows wireframes and comprehensive style guides
  
• Attend and document team meetings as necessary
  
• Proactively participate in all design and team activities for a largescale highprofile project
  
• Lead user research and service design research activities
  
• 8 years of experience in UX design service design and/or user research (or related fields) during which time candidate had demonstrated experience independently creating visual interaction and service designs for enterprise projects
  
• Ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders
  
• Understanding of and experience with user research principles and benefits
  
• Ability to plan conduct and deliver meaningful actionable user research and results
  
• Understanding of product development methodology frameworks and principles
  
• Skill in visual design and UX software including Figma
  
• Some knowledge of modern technology including cloud technology architecture agile delivery methods and software practices
  
• Ability to prototype in different ways e.g. on paper in code in conversation
  
• Ability to build clear visualizations of service and user journeys to help teams plan and prioritize work
  
• Able to build great relationships with a wide range of disciplines
  
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to design and build services and improve existing service delivery
  
• Proven experience of building positive relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders
  
• Candidate MUST have an online portfolio and provide a link
  
• Ability to translate requirements and research results into interactive digital prototypes
  
• Ability to create and conduct compelling and concise presentations
  
• Ability to apply digital ways of thinking to nondigital problems
  
• Experience using design methods to help understand and solve large complex problems
  
• Experience with photo editing and vector illustration
  
• Ability to generate numerous and wideranging ideas for solutions and innovations

Required Skills:

• Using design software such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma InVision and others.
  
• Staying current with the latest design tools and technologies.
  
• Designing interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
  
• Understanding the principles of responsive and adaptive design.
  
• Conducting user research through interviews surveys usability testing and observations.
  
• Analyzing user data to derive insights and inform design decisions.
