Join our Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! You'll be supporting data enrichment tasks for our healthcare client, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process.

What Will You Do?
Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases.
Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client.
Handle data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.
Perform additional duties and tasks as required.

Qualifications
Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Capable of supporting a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy candidates preferred.
Pay Rate
$16 USD per hour
